      * If you want to return a product, first initiate the return process with the seller. If the return is denied, you must wait before filing a claim with Razorpay.
      * If you do not receive the product, raise a complaint with the seller. If the seller refuses delivery, you must wait before initiating a claim with Razorpay.
    * You initiate a claim with Razorpay, where eligibility is assessed and the seller's perspective is considered.
    * Razorpay reviews your claim.
    * If your claim is approved, Razorpay initiates and completes the refund.
