# WhatsApp Campaigns
> Engage customers directly on WhatsApp with digital bills, feedback links and promotional messages.

Send high-engagement WhatsApp messages through Razorpay Billme. Share digital bills, service updates and post-purchase surveys with customers in real time.
## Overview
WhatsApp Campaigns offer a high-conversion channel to reach customers where they are most active. Send digital bills, payment confirmations, feedback requests or limited-time offers via verified WhatsApp messages.
To access WhatsApp campaigns page:
1. Select **WhatsApp** under **Communication Channel** in the left navigation menu.
2. Alternatively, you can also select **WhatsApp** in the **Select Campaign Listing** drop down menu on the **All Campaigns** page.
## Create New WhatsApp Campaign
To create a new whatsApp campaign:
1. Click **+ New WhatsApp Campaign**.
The **WhatsApp - New Campaign** page appears.
2. Enter the Campaign Name and Description, select your Company and click **Next Step**.
3. On the **Select Template** page, select a template for your WhatsApp campaign message and click **Next Step**.
4. On the **Message** page, enter the url of your pre-uploaded media, template header and footer, variable attributes of your message and select **Dark** or **Light** theme on the **Preview** pane. Click **Next Step**.
5. On the **Whom To Send** page, select your recipients from either **Uploaded Data** or any customer segment. You can also **Add New Segment** or **Upload Data**. Click **Next Step**.
* Click **Add New Segment** to create a new customer segment. The **Create Segment** page appears.
* Configure the customer segment you want to select for your WhatsApp campaign and click **Save**.
6. On the **When To Send** page, select the time and date on which you want to send the email campaign. You have the option to select **Send Now**, **Send Later** and **Recurring**. Select the timelines and click **Next Step**.
7. Preview the SMS Campaign and test it on a valid phone number. Click **Publish** to take the campaign live.
Your new WhatsApp campaign is created and appears in the list of WhatsApp campaigns.
## Templates
You can create and manage your WhatsApp templates in multiple languages.
To access WhatsApp templates:
* Click **Templates** on the **WhatsApp** Campaigns page.
### Create a New Template
To create a new template:
1. Click **+New WhatsApp Template**.
2. Select your WhatsApp Account, enter the template name and description and select template category. Click **Next Step**.
3. Select the template language and **Template Type**. enter the **Content** details such as header, body and footer. You can also add a **Quick Reply** or a **Call to Action** button. Click **Next Step**.
4. On the **Preview & Submit** page, click **Add Sample Content** to add the variables in the message.
5. Click **Publish** to take the template **live**. The new WhatsApp template appears in the list of WhatsApp templates and can be selected while creating a WhatsApp campaign.
