You can find the list of documents required for a **LLP** firm to open a Current Account through RazorpayX in partnership with IDFC First. **Handy Tips** * All declarations should be in the **company letterhead** along with **date, sign, and relevant stamps**. * All KYC documents must be presented in **original hard copies** to the bank Relationship Manager assigned to you. ## Documents and Forms Required List of documents for LLP * **Account Opening Form** (duly signed by all Authorised Signatories with relevant seals) * **Customer Information Form(s)** (CIF) of all Authorised Signatories and Partners, signed in individual capacities. * **LLP agreements** since inception. * **Certificate of Incorporation**. * **LLP declaration**. * **List of all partners** (including designated partners) with name, date of birth, and address. * **PAN** of the entity. * **Registered Office address proof** in the name of the entity. * **Communication address proof**, if different from registered address. * [**KYC of all the Partners/Authorised Signatories and Beneficial Owners**](/docs/x/idfc-first/kyc) Download Forms **Handy Tips** Beneficial Owners are those holding more than 10% stake in the LLP.
