# Current Account Documents for LLP

This page has information on the documents required for a **Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)** firm to open a Current Account using RazorpayX in partnership with RBL/Yes Bank.

  **Handy Tips**

  1. All KYC documents must include the rectangular seal (director / authorised signatory) along with signatures on all pages.
  2. The LLP entity should be registered on The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) site and the status must be active on the site.
  3. The cheque amount can range from ₹20,000 to ₹10,00,000 and must be shared at the time of document pick up.

If there are any transfer or currency conversion charges, the cheque amount should be higher to ensure at least ₹20,000 is credited to the new account after all deductions. For example, if the charges are ₹1,500, write a cheque for ₹21,500. |
