This page has information on the documents required for a **Sole Proprietorship** firm to open a Current Account using RazorpayX in partnership with RBL/Yes Bank.

  * All KYC documents must include the company seal along with the sole proprietor's signature on all pages.
  * The cheque amount can range from ₹20,000 to ₹10,00,000 and must be shared at the time of document pick up.

## Forms Required

| 1       | Account Opening Form and Customer Information Form (CIF) for the **entity**.      |
| 2       | Individual CIF form and KYC documents for Proprietor.                             |
| 3       | Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) declaration in the name of the entity. |

| 6       | Sole Proprietorship covering letter (Attach to ₹600 duty stamp paper).                                                                                                                                                                                                                             |
| 7       | A cheque of minimum ₹20,000 in the entity's name. If there are any transfer or currency conversion charges, the cheque amount should be higher to ensure at least ₹20,000 is credited to the new account after all deductions. For example, if the charges are ₹1,500, write a cheque for ₹21,500. |
