## Forms Required

| 2       | Individual CIF Forms of Trustees/Beneficial Owners/Authorised Signatories. |
| 3       | Corporate internet banking application.                                    |
| 4       | FATCA Declaration.                                                         |
| 5       | Credit Exposure Declaration.                                               |

| 7       | Resolution/Minutes of Meeting with Razorpay Clause, preferably in the prescribed format. |
| 8       | Cheque in the name of the Trust.                                                         |
