You can pause, resume and cancel a subscription from the Dashboard.

Pause a Subscription Using Dashboard

To pause a subscription from your Dashboard:
  1. Log in to the Dashboard and click Subscriptions under PAYMENT PRODUCTS in the left menu.
  2. Click the Subscription Id you want to pause.
  3. Click Pause Subscription. The subscription is paused immediately.
  4. Click Yes, Pause.

Resume a Subscription Using Dashboard

To resume a subscription from your Dashboard:
  1. Log in to the Dashboard and click Subscriptions under PAYMENT PRODUCTS in the left menu.
  2. Click the Subscription Id you want to resume.
  3. Click Resume Subscription. The subscription is resumed immediately.
  4. Click Yes, Resume.

Cancel a Subscription Using Dashboard

Hand TipsYou can either cancel the subscription immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle.
To cancel a subscription from your Dashboard:
  1. Log in to the Dashboard and click Subscriptions under PAYMENT PRODUCTS in the left menu.
  2. Click the Subscription Id you want to cancel.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription. You can choose to either cancel the subscription immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle.
  4. Click Yes, Cancel.
