Razorpay Trusted Business (RTB) is a badge on Razorpay’s Checkout for a limited set of businesses. Additionally, we have launched a tamper-proof Razorpay Trusted Business Widget, which you can integrate into websites/apps, allowing you to showcase trust throughout the shopping journey instead of checkout. The eligibility criteria are upgraded to include more trust-worthy businesses to avail of RTB features.

It is exclusively available to businesses exhibiting authenticity and secure payment systems. When you choose a business with the RTB, it indicates they have been assessed for authenticity and transaction safety, ensuring a smooth shopping experience and facilitating your purchase decision.
You can validate that a business is a Razorpay Trusted Business by clicking on the RTB icon in any of the RTB assets on the business’s website. It will display the checks done on the business to determine their eligibility for RTB.
