About Customers

Create and edit Customers from the Razorpay Dashboard or using APIs.

You can create customers with basic details such as name and contact details and use them for various Razorpay solution offerings. You can perform the following actions using the Dashboard:

• Create a customer
• Edit a customer’s details

Create a Customer

To create a customer from the Dashboard:

1. Log in to the Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Customers.
3. Click + New Customer.
4. Fill details and click Save.

Edit Customer Details

Watch this video to see how to edit the details of an existing customer from the Dashboard.

To edit a customer from the Dashboard:

1. Log in to the Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Customers.
3. Select the customer you want to edit.
4. Click Edit available under Actions.
5. Edit details and click Save.
