This page has information on the documents required for a Private/Public Limited company to open a Current Account using RazorpayX in partnership with RBL/Yes Bank.

Handy Tips

All declarations should be on firm letter head and dated.
All KYC documents must include the rectangular seal (director / authorised signatory) along with signatures on all pages.
The LLP entity should be registered on The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) site and the status should be active on the site.
The cheque amount can range from ₹20,000 to ₹10,00,000 and must be shared at the time of document pickup.

1	Account Opening Form and Customer Information Form (CIF) for the entity.
2	Individual CIF form and KYC documents for: Authorized signatories / directors operating the account. The natural person / individual who, whether acting alone or together, or through one or more juridical person, exercises control through ownership. The natural person / individual who, whether acting alone or together, or through one or more juridical person ultimately has ownership of / entitlement to more than 25% of the shares or capital or profits of the company.
3	Corporate Netbanking Application Form.
4	Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) declaration in the name of the entity.

Documents Required

1	KYC documents of all Authorised Signatories
2	Memorandum of Association (MoA) & Articles of Association (AoA).
3	Certificate of Incorporation (CoI).
4	Board Resolution (BR) duly signed. All pages have to be signed by the Company Secretary OR Managing Director OR at least 2 Directors. It should contain a clause mentioning account opening with the preferred bank (RBL/ YBL). In case the BR is more than 6 months old, then it should mandatorily state that it is a Certified True and Updated copy BR. BR to be signed by managers/officers/employees who the have Power of Attorney granted to transact on behalf of the company. In the case of a one-person company (OPC) the BR can be signed by the single authority.
5	PAN Card in the name of the company.
6	GST registration certificate in the name of the company.
7	Valid address proof in the name of the entity, if address is not available or is incomplete in the above documents. Proof of Company Address (any one).
8	Latest list of directors / List of directors downloaded from The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) site dated and signed by the company secretary or managing director or at least 2 directors. If the board resolution of the company gives authority to any director(s), to sign singly on any documents being submitted to the bank, then the said director(s) can sign the latest list of directors.
9	Beneficiary Owner(BO) declaration signed by senior management of the company such as the CEO / CFO / Director / company secretary. If no one satisfies the criteria, the entity has to assign one person as the BO.
10	Covering Letter (Attach to ₹600 duty stamp paper).
11	A cheque of minimum ₹20,000 in the entity’s name. If there are any transfer or currency conversion charges, the cheque amount should be higher to ensure at least ₹20,000 is credited to the new account after all deductions. For example, if the charges are ₹1,500, write a cheque for ₹21,500.
