Handy Tips

All KYC documents must include the company seal along with the sole proprietor’s signature on all pages.
The cheque amount can range from ₹20,000 to ₹10,00,000 and must be shared at the time of document pick up.

3	Valid address proof in the name of the proprietary firm. List of acceptable documents (any one).
5	Sole Proprietorship declaration.
6	Sole Proprietorship covering letter (Attach to ₹600 duty stamp paper).
7	A cheque of minimum ₹20,000 in the entity’s name. If there are any transfer or currency conversion charges, the cheque amount should be higher to ensure at least ₹20,000 is credited to the new account after all deductions. For example, if the charges are ₹1,500, write a cheque for ₹21,500.
