This page has information on the documents required for a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) firm to open a Current Account using RazorpayX in partnership with RBL/Yes Bank.

Handy Tips

All KYC documents must include the rectangular seal (director / authorised signatory) along with signatures on all pages.
The LLP entity should be registered on The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) site and the status must be active on the site.
The cheque amount can range from ₹20,000 to ₹10,00,000 and must be shared at the time of document pick up.

4	Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) declaration in the name of the entity.

2	LLP declaration signed by all the partners.
3	LLP PAN copy.
4	Valid address proof in the name of the entity. List of acceptable documents (any one).
5	LLP Agreement. Where the banking clause is not mentioned in the LLP agreement, all the partners must sign the Resolution / LLP Declaration certifying the banking clause and mode of operation for the account. Mode of operation letter signed by all partners.
6	Beneficiary Owner(BO) declaration signed by all partners of the firm.
7	Certificate of Incorporation.
8	Mode of operation letter signed by all partners (if mode of operation is not specified in the LLP Agreement).
9	Account Opening Board Resolution.
10	Covering Letter (Attach to ₹600 duty stamp paper).
11	A cheque of minimum ₹20,000 in the entity’s name. If there are any transfer or currency conversion charges, the cheque amount should be higher to ensure at least ₹20,000 is credited to the new account after all deductions. For example, if the charges are ₹1,500, write a cheque for ₹21,500.
12	Internet Banking Letter.
